There are various ways to get feedback from your clients, but why go far when you can simply pick up the phone and make a call?

It creates a personal touchpoint for you and the client, builds rapport, and helps you get to know them!

But what do you really say in a 5-minute feedback call to ensure that you generate helpful information without wasting the time of your client?

This is where ChatGPT comes in very handy.

I need a feedback call script that allows me to build additional rapport with my prospect, find out points for improvement, talk about things that our organization can offer, and provide them with a platform to voice other concerns that may have.

The call script has to be *mood of the call* to encourage positive thoughts about our organization and frame concerns and viewpoints in a constructive rather than negative light.

The call should last for at least *how long* minutes and provide both parties ample time to speak.

As with all ChatGPT prompts, you want to start by providing it with a lot of context so that it is aligned with expectations. This includes context on your company and products. We will even advise that you add more to this context part of the prompt to make it more comprehensive.

Next up you want clear instructions on what you want to achieve with the feedback call. We could have skipped this part, but you want layered feedback that’s actionable on your end – since the goal of this prompt is to allow you to build relationships and build better products.

For our limitations, we wanted the script to be non-confrontational and constructive for all the parties involved, this way your clients realize that you are doing this because you want to be better in your field.

Lastly, we have some notes on time, this helps maintain the call’s agenda, feel free to adjust this.

As you would notice, the script is light, very conversational, and easy to execute. Using it will help you generate constructive criticisms from your client.

They would want you to become better and being able to contribute to those improvements will make them more loyal.

Where to Go From Here

You can definitely change some of the placeholders to suit the kind of industry you are in. You can use terms common to your own industry that will make it more relatable to your client.

However, if you really want to take this to the next level, you can even include specific parts of your product or services that you want feedback on.

For organizations with existing scripts, you can even ask ChatGPT to integrate this into your newly generated feedback script.

Go ahead and get creative!

You will find that it gets easier to use when you begin to use your own words.

While we’re on the topic of your own words, you need to make sure that whoever is executing the call realizes that this script is just a guide and that they should have leeway to “freestyle” depending on how the call is moving forward.

Not only does this remove limitations of what you can do in the call, but you can also use this as an opportunity to upsell or cross-sell different products across your portfolio.

Make the script yours, so that it comes off as more personal.
