This is why features such as \u201cPeople also viewed\u201d are incorporated into the platform to help people navigate one from profile to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, this also serves another purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Keeping people on the platform for an extended amount of time also increases the time that they can show you ads, resulting in more profits for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But, this feature can hurt growth hackers like us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You see, the LinkedIn algorithm is smart, it\u2019s able to give suggestions of people who are similar to yourself.
