customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, LinkedIn Sales Navigator does allow you to sync up popular CRM choices so that you can share data between both tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, how about if you wanted that list to work offline or if you wanted to run another program that has no support for CRM sync.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The easiest method is still to grab that list of targeted profiles that you have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-creating-multichannel-campaigns-\"><strong>Creating Multichannel Campaigns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One topic that we&#8217;ve talked about a lot on BAMF is multichannel campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Given how fierce competition is right now and how difficult it is to position your brand, you can&#8217;t rely on hyper-targeting alone to get the job done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By providing a prospect with multiple touchpoints, you get to build a subtle omnipresent experience that helps them get to know you better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another benefit of a multichannel campaign is reinforcing your messaging. They offer a great free trial option that you can play around with if you still need a little convincing, but they&#8217;re one of the best in the market right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve created your account, it&#8217;s advised that you downloaded the Phantombuster extension to make sure that data can be transferred from LinkedIn to the tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/sales-navigator-search-export-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35816\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you&#8217;re done installing the browser extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Look for the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/phantombuster.com\/automations\/linkedin\/6988\/sales-navigator-search-export\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sales Navigator Search Export<\/a>&#8221; Phantom. Click on &#8220;Use this Phantom&#8221; and it will take you to a new page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/sales-navigator-search-export-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35817\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>First, off you want to connect Phantombuster to your session on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, do this by clicking the &#8220;Connect to LinkedIn&#8221; button followed by &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/sales-navigator-search-export-3-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35825\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You will now have the option to enter the URL of your search on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Click &#8220;Save&#8221; once you&#8217;re done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/sales-navigator-search-export-4-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35826\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This will take to a new pane where you can input settings related to the action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The default number of results is 2,500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/sales-navigator-search-export-5-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35827\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are also &#8220;Advanced settings&#8221; and &#8220;Result file settings&#8221; that you can play around with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can just leave the advanced settings as is, don&#8217;t change this unless you know what you&#8217;re doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Type in a name for your spreadsheet and hit &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/sales-navigator-search-export-6-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35828\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll get your usual options from Phantombuster on the last pane, don&#8217;t worry about this part. Once you click on this, give it a few moments and you&#8217;ll be able to pull details of the results of your search on Sales Navigator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/sales-navigator-search-export-8-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35830\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Your generated CSV file now has a list of all the hits from your search and you can use it however you see fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-how-to-send-emails-to-these-leads-\"><strong>How to Send Emails to These Leads<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that you&#8217;ve exported a list of your search on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, it&#8217;s time to grab their emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve written a guide to extracting emails from LinkedIn that you can find <a href=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/get-linkedin-email-addresses\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, here&#8217;s a quick recap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throw your spreadsheet into Google Drive to convert it to a Google sheet, and copy the URL (make sure there&#8217;s edit access when you do so.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head over to Phantombuster again and look for the &#8220;LinkedIn Profile Scraper&#8221; Phantom. Click on &#8220;Connect to LinkedIn&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/LinkedIn-profile-scraper.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35831\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Stick in the spreadsheet URL from earlier. Note: It&#8217;s advised that you remove the other details from this sheet and just leave in the profile URLs.
