But, the following tactic is one of the fastest ways to do so.<\/span>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Moreover, it allows you to keep people in your network from the Facebook Groups you love.<\/span>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Using Mass Planner\u2019s Contact module for Facebook, I extracted every Facebook Profile URL from the members of the Facebook Groups I participate in the most, including BAMF. I did this by copying and pasting the Facebook Group URLs into the big extraction box below (see screenshot), then clicking \u201cExtract Users.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<\/span>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Using the same feature, I then extracted all my friends\u2019 Facebook Profile URLs by copying and pasting my personal Facebook Profile URL into the extraction box.<\/span>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3586\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-25.png\" alt=\"BAMF How to Remove Facebook Friends Article Image\" width=\"1999\" height=\"1125\" \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To export these Facebook Profile URLs into an Excel sheet, I clicked \u201cExport Selected\u201d (on the mid-panel of the screenshot below) after every extraction. Next, I cleared the list for subsequent extractions by clicking \u201cRemove Selected.\u201d<\/span>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3587\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/1_image6-14.png\" alt=\"BAMF How to Remove Facebook Friends Article Image\" width=\"1999\" height=\"1125\" \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I uploaded all the Facebook Group members\u2019 profile URLs into a Google Sheet. Then, I removed all the duplicates using the Remove Duplicates Google Sheet Add-On:<\/span>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3588\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/image5-16.png\" alt=\"BAMF How to Remove Facebook Friends Article Image\" width=\"990\" height=\"614\" \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After I\u2019ve removed all the duplicates, I uploaded all my Facebook friend URLs into another Google Sheet tab.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I used the Remove Duplicates Add-On again to create a new sheet of Facebook Profile URLs of people not in my favorite Facebook Groups, but who are my Facebook Profile friends.<\/span>\n\n\n<h5><strong>The Compare Columns or Sheets Magic<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To do this, select the option \u201cCompare columns or sheets\u201d on step one.
