I cried.\nThen I met my co-founder, Houston Golden. He invested over $20,000 of R&amp;D into his tool, Crowdist. This tool is even better than Hunter. It scrapes an entire LinkedIn search for emails and profile information within minutes - wow!\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-477\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/loot-crate-300x127.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"496\" height=\"210\" \/]]--><br \/>\nOnce we scrape all their profile information, we save it in a Google Drive sheet. Then we upload the list of LinkedIn URLs into my auto-connector Chrome extension. From there, we start sending connection requests to all these individuals approximately three days before sending emails to them<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-478\" src=\"http:\/\/bamf.lovelacecreative.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/honor-to-connect-with-you-300x237.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"316\"><br \/>\nThe tool cost only several hundred dollars to outsource. In return, we&#8217;ve experienced an increase in reply rates by twofold &#8211; invaluable.<br \/>\nThe problem with all our internal tools is we have to constantly update them to abide by LinkedIn&#8217;s UX. When I co-founded BAMF Media, we finally hired a full-time developer to ensure we can always stay one step ahead of the curve.<br \/>\n<em>What happens when you&#8217;re ready to start sending emails?<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>There are two ways to handle this:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. After two days, export your LinkedIn connections <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under LinkedIn Settings, click&nbsp;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Getting an archive of your data<\/span><\/i><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019ll receive a list of connections. Cross check which ones who added you back. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now you have what looks like a personalized statement with this starting line in your email copy: \u201cThank you for accepting my connection request on LinkedIn.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. Start with a more generic statement that sounds personalized<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><em>&#8220;I sent you a connection request on LinkedIn.&#8221;<\/em><br \/>\nBy personalizing your emails based on the effort you&#8217;ve taken on another channel to get their attention, they&#8217;re more likely to respond.<br \/>\nBecause sales happen through conversations, I&#8217;m always wondering how to personalize conversations at scale so our openers develop more trust. Sometimes taking the unconventional route leads to the best opportunities.
