Sales emails are a critical part of your email sales strategy.
Although we all know that indirect marketing and nurturing using email can be powerful, there are times when sending the occasional direct sales promotional email makes a lot of sense.
Why?
Sometimes you have to tip your prospect over the edge to make a sale.
In this guide, we’ll show you how you can craft and create sales emails with ChatGPT and get more sales in your pipeline.
Are you ready?
This is another one of our extensive BAMF prompts!
Why Should I Be Sending Sales Emails?
We all know that slowly nurturing your prospects to contact you first is the way to go.
It’s non-invasive, it isn’t pushy and you get to prequalify your prospects beforehand – if you have the right qualification framework in place.
However, there’s nothing wrong with the occasional sales email.
If you’ve already built some email rapport with a prospect, they will understand if you decide to try and sell them a service.
Sometimes it’s a great way to introduce a new product or service that they might not be familiar with yet.
And most of the time, it’s what they’re waiting for to tip the scale and get them to buy something from you.
Any marketer who’s built a funnel before will say that at some point during the nurturing process, you need to make a sale, and that’s exactly what a sales email is built for.
If you craft your sales email right, they won’t even sound pushy, you can create them in a way that highlights the value that you can provide to your prospect.

The Prompt to Create Sales Emails with ChatGPT
Now given how easy it is to mess up a sales email and make it sound pushy, our prompt had to be engineered in a way that allows it to adapt to your prospect.
Be warned, it requires a lot of personalization from your end to get it to work effectively.
Here’s our ultimate prompt to create sales emails with ChatGPT.
I am a *what do you do* from *company name*, an organization that *what does it do*. I have a list of prospects who fit the following demographic profile:
-*demgraphic detail 1*
-*demgraphic detail 2*
-*demgraphic detail 3*
-*demgraphic detail 4*
I want to send out a short and persuasive sales email to these prospects to introduce them to the organization’s new *service/product*, the *name of product/service*. This *service/product* is *what does it do*. The primary goal of this *service/product* is to *goal of the product/service*.
The unique feature of the XYZ Method that you want to highlight in the email is:
-*unique feature 1*
-*unique feature 2*
-*unique feature 3*
Craft an enticing email that clearly communicates the benefits of the *product/service* for the recipients. The email should be persuasive and actionable, but avoid sounding too pushy. End the email with a strong call to action, encouraging the prospects to reach out to your company for further information or to sign up for the service.
Note: Make sure to include placeholders such as “[Prospect’s Name]” to personalize each email with the recipient’s name.
You’ll find that part from the usual context that we require our users to enter into our BAMF prompts, you’ll need to fill the demographic profile and ICP of your prospects. We advise you to switch out their profile depending on the segmented list that you are working on.
This works well if you have several ICPs and you’re informing them of the same product that you are offering as you will only have to change the demographics section.
We also added fields for you to expound on the details of the new product or service that you are offering, this provides a lot of context for ChatGPT to relate these details to the needs of your target market.
The rest of the prompt is focused on making ChatGPT write something persuasive without shoving the new offering down your reader’s face and we honestly feel like it does a good job.
And of course, we had to end it with a strong CTA to make the prospects take action.
